Another afternoon in our Mexican cooking class

In the picture you can see students in the process of making tacos dorados de papa in our optional Mexican cookery classes, which you can add on to your intensive Spanish course.

Although there are many types of tacos, this time we decided to teach everyone how to make a truly Mexican dish: tacos dorados de papa. Your teacher is there to guide you so nothing can go wrong… no sugar instead of salt!

And then, when tacos are ready, we just sit and enjoy them…
